Point of view: You see the neon buzz of "Flip After Dark" in the window as dusk envelopes Maine St. You walk in and your senses are overcome with rich notes of cherry, caramel and juniper. You spot the beautiful baby grand in the corner and hear the soft jazz fill the room. The lights are dimmed and all is swell.

Flip is a whimsical space for tasty breakfast and brunch by day and a nouveau speakeasy concept by night. FAD's liquor line is exclusively local, made in Maine at Wiggly Bridge Distillery, and featuring over over 30 cocktails. In addition, a small collection of Maine craft beer cans and an extensive and rich wine menu. Whether you are stopping in for a pre-dinner appetizer and drink before your final destination, or swinging in for an espresso martini and dessert (made locally by Cakes by Design) we have what you are looking for.
